Kaeri is a Group Insurance Account Manager and our office manager, and has a decade of experience in managing clients’ employee benefit programs.

Licensed by NYS for Life, Accident and Health insurances, Kaeri has a diverse background in customer, sales and technical support and is an inside administrator for APFS Rochester, Inc.’s corporate benefits department. 

From the initial plan designs and quoting, to benefit implementation meetings, Kaeri is available to assist and answer questions from both employees and employers to ensure that both carrier transitions and simple renewals go smoothly.  She is often also utilized as a resource for information regarding internet-based billing and claim administration, and as a liaison between employees with claim and benefit questions and the carriers.
