Todd Coulter is a Senior Benefit Consultant at American Portfolios.  Todd's knowledge of the inner-workings of a major local health carrier, along with his knowledge of self-funded and experience-rated arrangements, is an enormous asset to our organization and to his clients. 

A native of Ballston Spa, NY, Todd now lives in Brighton with his wife and three children. A 1987 St. Lawrence University graduate with a BS in Economics, Todd received an excellence for service award from the Rochester International Council while serving as a member of the board of directors of the organization. 
 
As a former business owner himself, Todd understands the needs of business owners and will use that to develop solutions to the Employee Benefit concerns of his customers.
