Health Insurance is one of the single largest outlays of capital a business will encounter in employee benefits.  Some brokers and agents are limited, and only work with one carrier and cannot truly present an objective strategy for your business.  We work with all local carriers to ensure that the benefits and plan designs suit your particular situation.  We manage both small-group, community-rated plans and larger, experience-rated plans, and can help with your open enrollments and communicating benefit information and plan differences to your employees.  We also help keep you apprised of changes in the landscape, from the ARRA COBRA subsidy to SCHIP data collection procedures.

As costs increase, Health Savings Accounts, Health Reimbursement Arrangements and Flexible Spending Accounts are becoming popular options to deal with managing them.  We can explain the in's and out's of each, and help you determine which one is right for you.
